basis.point has strengthened its Board of Directors by appointing two new industry leaders, bringing renewed energy and diverse perspectives to accelerate growth and expand support for vulnerable children.
Alan Meaney, CEO and Co-founder of Fund Recs, is a prominent figure in the Fintech world, bringing extensive experience from this rapidly evolving sector. Alan is deeply committed to societal impact and advocates for an inclusive environment that offers opportunities to all, regardless of their circumstances. He has significantly contributed to the Fintech industry and established the non-profit Conference Adminovate, with proceeds benefiting basis.point and the Trinity Access Programme.
Meliosa O’Caoimh leads Northern Trust’s business in Ireland, overseeing a team of 1,800 partners in Dublin and Limerick. She focuses on delivering strategic solutions and service excellence to clients. Meliosa is passionate about helping young people maximize their potential through education, mentorship, and guidance. She believes that diverse teams drive innovation and achieve better business results, dedicating her time to fostering an inclusive environment.
