ELI Parent Child Home Programme (PCHP) graduation

basis.point’s grantee the Early Learning Initiative (ELI) at National College of Ireland (NCI) held its 10th Parent Child Home Programme (PCHP) graduation on 15th June 2018.

The three and four-year old children from the Docklands and North East Inner City who had successfully completed the two-year PCHP were presented with their Graduation Certificates by Gina Quin, President of NCI.

Fiona Mulcahy, recently appointed to the basis.point Board of Directors attended the event where she met lots of proud Mums, Dads and Grandparents there with the children and of course the wonderful ELI Home Visitors who run the PCHP.
