September 2024 Bulletin
"One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world"
Each of us has the power to change society. Noble prize winner and youth activist Malala Yousafzai encourages us all to play our part. A single book can spark a lifetime of curiosity, a pen can unleash creativity and knowledge, and a dedicated teacher can nurture a child’s potential. Given the right tools and guidance, every child holds the ability to shape the future.
And one simple way for you to make an impact is to get involved with basis.point week, help to spread the word about the impact we are having and consider becoming a basis.point Supporter or Patron.
By each of us doing something manageable, collectively the impact can be transformative.
Finally, I would like to personally thank Clive Bellows as he steps away from the basis.point Board, for the enormous contribution to he has made to basis.point and the impact he has had on the futures of countless young people through-out Ireland.
Thank you so much for being part of our journey.
