Commenting at the launch Hugh Doogan, Archways CEO explained

timely and caring supports can make the difference between families not coping and families prospering and growing stronger

During the process of developing this plan, Archways, like all services, has had to be innovative and adapt to the global pandemic. The team in Archways is deeply committed to their work and their flexibility and insight is an important resource both locally and nationally.

This Strategic Plan sets out eight key objectives which will significantly increase the availability of our life enhancing programmes across Ireland. The plan will be supported through an Implementation Plan and the development of detailed annual plans. The staff teams, the Board and our subcommittees will review progress against agreed milestones on a regular basis. The plan will be amended to reflect emerging needs, responses and policies.

Speaking at the event Edel O’Malley congratulated Hugh Doogan, newly appointed CEO and the whole Archways team, on delivering an ambitious strategic plan. Having worked with Archways for a number of years, Edel acknowledged the passion and commitment that the team have for their work, for always seeking to maximise value and for ensuring that they continue to learn and develop in response to the every changing world that they work in.
